Dispute, Resend and Return Policy

BlinkHubs offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

1. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. You can also open dispute if the wrong product has been delivered.

2. Please send the damaged evidence and invoice of purchasing via blinkhubs@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving the item.

3. The products need to be returned to BlinkHubs within 7 days if our Dispute Team confirms the Dispute. Please send the product via PostML to this address:

5. After mailing the product to the BlinkHubs returning address, please send a clear image of the receipt via email blinkhubs@gmail.com. The team will refund immediately.

Note: You won’t have to pay for mailing the damaged product.

Which products won't be accepted for dispute:

BlinkHubs will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

1. The buyer does not like it.

2. The product description is not real.

3. Products smell unusual.

4. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

5. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

6. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

7. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
