1. Within how many days do I need to return the items? 

You need to return the items within 7 days after receiving them.

2. In which address and how can I return the items?

Please send the products via post office for free on the written address of the packaging.

3. When will I get refund?

You will grant refund after the items are being received by the inventory. It can take longer time to get refund. For this reason, please make sure you purchase the right item.

4. Which items do you consider for refunding?

We only consider refunding for the damaged products, delivery of wrong items and size mismatch for the clothing items.
